Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy for our mechanical keyboards and accessories, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Securely place the keyboard and all original accessories, cables, and keycap pullers back into the original retail box and shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the package and ship the item using a trackable courier service to our designated return center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
